Die Organisation [→ Europäische Patentorganisation] hat die Aufgabe, europäische Patente zu erteilen. Diese Aufgabe wird vom Europäischen Patentamt durchgeführt, dessen Tätigkeit vom Verwaltungsrat überwacht wird.
